Nick Cotellese didn’t open Phoenix Martial Arts to collect trophies or titles — he opened it to help people become stronger, more confident, and more disciplined versions of themselves.

With over 40 years of experience in martial arts, Nick has trained students of all ages to move better, think clearer, and show up with confidence — both on the mat and in everyday life. His coaching style focuses on structure, accountability, and personal growth, not intimidation or ego.

At Phoenix, Nick emphasizes what truly matters:
